I ordered some GT40 valvesprings, retainers and valve stem seals for my Maverick, I plan on installing them soon since my seals are leaking. I figure I'll need the springs for the dragstrip (Someday soon!!). Since I haven't seen them yet, does anyone know exactly how the GT40 seals work and how they install? The FMS catalog say 'no machining required'.

Yes, I finally recieved them a few weeks ago, haven't put them on yet but it looks like they just slip on. Nice silicone red seals.

Charlie,people used to say that red cars were faster,so maybe those red valve seals will knock off a tenth or so.LOL.

Have you taken the car to the track yet?

Will those red seals work on a yellow Falcon?
