When I'm running down the road with the A/C blowing and I mash on the gas, the A/C STOPS blowing cold. It still blows, but it temporarily shifts out of blowing cold. Does that mean that the compressor is being shut off at Wide Open Throttle(WOT)? Is my A/C on the fritz? Is this normal for an SN95?

Weird huh? I know, I know, keep my foot out of the accelerator and it won't happen. But it's soooooo much FUN!!!!

Think of it as a clutch disengaging the A/C so as to allow as much horsepower as possible to be utilized by the engine.
