I am looking at picking up a 95 Cobra for a daily driver. Was this the last year for the 302? Its a sharp car, white with tan leather, about 50K miles, in great shape. Should be able to pick it up for 12,000 or so.

Good deal!
95 was indeed the last year for the 5.0 302. The Cobra would make a great daily driver. Unless you sit in bumper-to-bumper traffic alot, then the 5-speed might be a little hard on the left leg. Have you checked the blue book value on it yet? I don't think I've seen a Cobra below 15k on the local lots here in Atlanta. Hope you get it.

Mie,
We've seen 94-95 Cobras going for as low as 9500 around here in SoE.Va. We got old Cobras out the kazoo with 6 SVT dealers in the area.

BTW..we have so many SVT Cobras in the area..LOL..one at every dang stoplight it seems!

Retail blue book on a 95 cobra hard top with leather is right at 15, trade in at 11. The one that I am looking at is listed at 13,800 so I figure I can talk them down to 12 even or maybe a little better.

Missed it by just a few minutes, the car went out the door for less than 13,000.

That's too bad...perhaps the next one will have your name on it.
