when traveling faster than 45mph, i get a shimmering from my front end. i have new struts, springs, caster/camber plates and recently had an alignment done. what givesIP: 170.91.246.40 |

High speed shimmy is 99% of the time either a tire out of balance or possibly a bent rim or an out of round tire. Have your tires and rims checked for roundness. If you recently had your tires balanced, have it done again at another store. Check to make sure everything is tight. Also, check your front wheel bearings too. I do agree that a tire problem could exist. Rotate them from front to rear. That will give you an idea right away.Tony. IP: 209.240.220.232 |
