The ones that got taken were us that had to ship to BC, Canada... WHATSUPWITHTHAT...LOL...

The post office has all these options now, the computer prints out for XX amount of cash it will take XX amount of time to get there... But, it's like:
$10 - 6-7 months
$12 - 3-4 months
$13 - 3-4 weeks
$14 - next Monday...

So, which one would you pick...

I had a good laugh on this one...

Those of us in Canada, also had a fun time getting the gifts to the states. Will that be ground , air , pony express , submarine , F-14 , CIA or FBI. The price ranged from selling the stang or taking out a second on the house . Not to mention they make us put down what it is on the customs tag , or else , they will not allow it to go to the states. So those of you that are getting your gift from one of us over-legislated Canadians, ask your mail carrier to black out the customs tag , or , at least throw it under the tree and try not to peek at the tag before you open it .

STEWART,

Has yours arrived yet ? Tear the customs tag off with out looking at it. Just think of the tag , as , a picture of me in that THONG - FLOSS you were thinking of sending. That should be enough of a deterent to keep you from looking at anything you are not suppose to look at

I was certain that if I were to send one from here, that It would not reach the receipient in time so I ordered something from the states, and had it shipped direct.

Sam, I shipped your gift airmail (only $2 more than ground??) on Monday so hopefully it makes it by Xmas... although I think Ed had the right idea with ordering direct from the States. With the shipping cost, the present would have been twice as good!

No need to apologize about the "rap." I never liked rap any way.. LOL!

You can send a package via tidal wave from there to here! In 1964 a 8.8 earthquake in Prince William Sound (Valdeze Alaska) threw a tidal wave which came up our 40 mile long inlet, getting bigger and bigger until it nailed Port Alberni at the end. It moved churches, houses, cars and still in certain buildings there is a line to show how far the water came up. About four feet high in a machine shop up on fourth Ave. When I visited Valdeze they left the town and built another because it settled in a swamp; have you seen it? By the way, how much daylight do you have right now Wayne?

I got mine from John (his was delayed to Canada...should arriving shortly) and opened it last. I truly was surprised, and very delighted by the gift! While I thought for sure John had given me some "floss" I was so very surprised and honored to see I had received my very own Vancouver Island Mustangs baseball hat!

I pulled it out and Renee immediately started eyeing it! Told her to back off 'cuz it was all mine!!

Thanks John! Yours should be arriving soon!

My hands were shaking thinking of what could be in the box from KK.I opened it and on the top of many neatly rapped presents. There was a packet of pictures of well,I'm still not sure if thats an arm or a leg. J/K
In the box was some very nice assorted boxs of crakers and peanuts and hot sauce, but the bestest is the MOONSHINE CORDIALS,wow they apck a punch. The coolest part is that they are all from her part of the country not items I would find around here.Well KK thanks for the nice gift, and the lovely pictures.
