Fastymz's {Ron AKA Scoop} '65 Mustang Coupe

Here's Scoop at the drags!

This is my '65 coupe. I got it in 1998. It was in need of lots of work,
both inside and out. I was looking for a fun and low buck hot rod.

The car came with a 1969 351W already installed. The motor is mostly stock,
I have added an RPM edelbrock intake, a 625 Carter carb, and Hedman shorty
headers, with 2.5" exhaust, H-pipe, and 3 chamber Flowmasters with turn downs
at the axle. the C4 auto is all stock, and so is the 8" open rear with 2.80 gears.

I had to replace the carpet and painted the dash, headliner, doors and door
panels semi flat black. I still need new seat covers to make it all black
inside. The body was red with gray spots so I stripped it down and shot it
black primer with a sealer. Most of the body work is bondo for now until I can
get replacement panels. It needs the rear quarter replaced. I added the big
Boss 429 scoop to get plenty of air to the 14x5" K&N filter.

It has all stock 4 drum brakes. I would like to add non-power disc in the front.
And it has no power steering. I like it that way. It has Cragar S/S rims, {what
else is there?} and BFG rear tires 245-60-14 and 195-60-14 fronts.
