and the coffee's on. John made it this time. So, what's on the agenda for this weekend? Since it is now December, it's time for me to start putting up the tree (my ornaments are all cross-stitch ones) and the village - can't wait to see my new Uptown Motors Ford dealership building all set up with Mustangs around it. Note to self - put it inside entertainment center so cat can't get to it. Also today, I need to wash Anni and get her ready for tomorrow's show. It's amazing how dirty a white car gets Another note to self - get a different color car next time. Tomorrow is the last show of the year around here - our club's Joy Fund Show to help provide gifts for kids at Christmas. I'm hoping for a great turnout since the show notice has been in the paper each of the last three Fridays, the Chevy club put in a notice yesterday that they were going to meet at 9:30 and caravan to the show and (last I heard) the weather should be good - low 60's and no rain. Sam, should I put water on for tea or did you go back to Dover to win more money? Hot tea in hand...Peg did just call and ask if I wanted to take a "road trip" to Dover..LOL..really, But we'er meeting friends at the Bowling Center tonight for Moonlight Bowling. Well today (I hope) I'll give Jason a hand getting his new "toy" home.He bought a (I think) '84 K1500 GMC 4x4 (Jimmy)for $2500 yesterday, the young Navy fellow who sold it is on the Geo. Washington and is leaving soon and needed to sell it.(photos later) Very Nice young couple...his wife and young son of 9 months will head back home to stay with her Parents in Miss. For the 1st time in several years I look out the front foor and only one Mustang in the yard...LOL...Jasons 67 & 95 are over his Gf's house, the 67 getting some work,Pegs at work, and the 68Fb covered up and waiting to head out for some work.
And not a Mustang in the backyard either,We just gave away the 78 MustangII to a fellow who need parts for his II. Well there's "another" but we can't talk of that one cause "little eyes" may be reading and a suprise will be spoiled... Thank Heavens I don't do the Christmas tree thing no mo'..LOL... sam
