Fastymz Gearhead Posts: 1657 From: Reno Nv Registered: Apr 2001	posted 11-15-2001 06:13 PM I had my Mustang out on Wed,I was feeling good.I allways love driving in my car.This old pulls up next to my at a stop light.in a dark blue viper gts,big rims side pipes.It looked good and sounded better.He rev,s alittle and takes off towars the next stoplight.I stay right next to him,knowing that my car is going all out just to keep up.At the next light he gives a little look at me and rev's it again.This time we are on.The light gose green, I hit it, tires spinning,engine reving.By the time we cross the intersection he's a good two cars ahead of me.By the next stop light it was like I was not even racing him.The old guy looks over at me and he's laughing and gives me a thumbs down.I dont hate losing a race, its losing to a prick that makes me so MAD. I just looked at your car, so I have a new suggestion for you. Next time someone like that comes up along side and wants a piece of your ole' 65, casually turn and look at them as if they must be completely out of their minds. Even if it isn't, your car looks like alot of the pro-street 10sec cars in my area(they all have the black primer, look etc). Give it a shot. Don't fall victim to loosing a race again, if you give them the look correctly they'll feel like tards for even trying it. I just hope your car has the idle to back up "The Look". I do it to hondas around here from time to time, and it really does work.
