Well, we just sold the '65 and '66 Coupes, this evening. No problems and no complaints. We are already searching for a GT Fastback and may be looking at one this weekend! Can't be with out a Mustang for long. Dave & Terri

Trust me. It's a good thing. I have wanted a Fastback Mustang for awhile now. Terri told me to sell the Coupes and then I could go buy one. Needless to say, I already have a line on a '66 GT Fastback!! Dave & Terri

STangless in Pensacola. Maybe you might check with Steve and see about getting one of those Ca. rustfree's. Hope you find a good one. I always wanted to put Shelby 1/4 windows in a 65/66 GT fastback.

Thanks all. We may be taking a little road trip this weekend to look at the'66 GT Fastback I found on line. It is a San Jose built car that went to the Salt Lake City DSO. The exterior is emberglow with deluxe black interior. "A" Code, four speed, factory A/C, styled steel wheels. Car was fully restored approximately five years ago. I have to cheat and buy one that is done, since we do not have a garage and I don't have enough time to restore one. The Navy keeps me pretty busy. Dave & Terri

Dave: Sounds like a nice car. Buying one like that is the easier softer way and often the best way on a dollar for dollar basis. Hope it works out.Big D I DID do it in a regular fastback several years ago and it was a b**ch because I had a sh***y kit! They have better ones today with the glass curved. In an old mag I have there is an Ivy Green fastback GT that is stock except for the windows and the hood. You'd love it!

Pete, My thoughts exactly. I wish I had the facilities and the time to restore a few Mustangs, but I don't. Plus with me in the Service, I never get to stay in one location for more than three years at a time. Oh well. I will go take a look at the Fastback this weekend and take it from there. Dave & Terri

Look carefully on the front of the rear wheel wells for rust thru ! I loved my "A" code '65. I liked thr air extractors on the side myself. The Shelby valance was the best mod I made. If you need a front end kit for a 65 w/P.S. let me know. Have fun. ------------------ WAYNE CURTIS 70 GRABBER GREEN BOSS 302 01 Focus ZX3 "Spicy" 92 SHELBY 4X4 (K-9 IDITAROD LEAD DOG) http://www.volstate.net/~blackoak/stormwatch.html "If your under control then your not going fast enough" P. Thanks all! We will keep you posted. I like the Emberglow for several reasons. How many Red, Yellow, Blue, or White Mustangs do you see? I know that I have looked at way to many in the above colors and would like something different. Emberglow fits the bill very nicely, IMHO. We shall see. Dave & Terri

The new owners of our Ponies just picked them up. The good news is that I showed them M&M and they both like what they got to see. GRRLS, the really fun part of all this is that the new owners last name is McGee! LOLDave & Terri
