Hi gang!We're posting from the Reno public library.
We're leaving after this post to drive to San Francisco. We're driving a dark green Mustang rental car {they tried to give us a Monte Carlo!  }, so it will look good airborne over the San Francisco streets!  Reno is a pretty funny place. Very glitzy, {garrish, actually} and it's reminds me of a place near us called Old Orchard Beach, without the beach. It was a trip last night to go into a casino and see all the zombies glued to the slot machines with a beer in one hand, a butt in their face, and a deathgrip on the lever. Also, the place is crawling with 'cowboys' due to the rodeo in town. Some of them even are wearing spurs! LOL Looks like a casting call for the Village People around here. Well, we're off! I'll try to check in when we get to San Francisco. ------------------

Geez, Steve!! Rub it in, would ya??? I'm still sweatin' on the East coast in all the heat and HUMIDITY toiling away at work....I'm busy this week, also!! The nerve!!!Casting call for the Village People??? LOL!!! Wait'll they get a load of this bunch!!!! LOL!!!!!

Hey Steve,Carefull with the judgements of the Reno people. (Our "home town") Most all the people you saw in the casinos are Californians.  Enjoy San Francisco. It's Thurday morning and I was just watching the Reno news and the fire is still burning. Doesn't affect anything we are doing in Reno... It's just so damn smokie we will probably think we are in downtown Los Angeles... Don ------------------
