Which shocks did you ust put on the 66? The competition engineering adjustables right? What did you think? For eveyone else, I am looking for a set of shocks for my 68, street and strip, more time on the street, but built mostly for the strip. I had good luck with lakewoods on other brands of vehicle, but I see no part number for an early mustag... Are there any other reasonable options out there besides the CE ones? Any problems running them on the street? Marcus,I went with the Competition Engineering shocks. I have them set on 60-40 because I have to pull them completly out to adjust them, and I didn't feel they would be safe on the street with my 17 year old daughter set on 70-30 or especially 90-10. So last w/e was 60-40. If you can find ones that can be adjusted w/o removing them that would be the "hot ticket". Let me know! Thanks SteveW IP: 205.188.197.53 |

We sell HAL externally adjustable racing shocks for Mustangs. We use them on MM and Tony's Capri. Just look at mine and Tony's pics for the results. they are infinatly adjustable. The C&E shock is a great economical alternative, although a pain in the ass to adjust.
