Is there anyone that make 90 degree brass or aluminum elbows for heater hose... I have seen plastic ones,,, but that won't get it...

I am going to rerout my heater hose down and around for detailing purposes...

hey Don I was going to say what John, and Ken said. But seeing as they already said it,I wont.
I did use the plastic one for a short time. What about those metal heater hoses,or steel braided hose.
And what do need a heater for anyways.

Good Question SCOOP... When modifying a car,,, you have to look past the obvious... Like using SS Bolts instead of fender bolts,,, heater - no heater...

I guess the answer here is,,, IN CASE IT GETS COLD...

Or I ever try to go to Joyce's show in Sept. again... It snowed on me...

While laying Under My Dash (it's such a comfortable place for a little guy like me),,, I could feel that there is enough room to put a 90 degree elbow in the heater hose before the goes into to engine compartment...

This would allow you to route the hose either under the fenders or down next to the frame,,, then straight up to the water pump... Nice and Neat...

Has anybody outthere ever tried to do dat...

I need to get some of those elbows too. I am using the metal rails over the intake from a late model 5.0 instead of the rubber lines. I didn't use an adapter first and busted a core. Damnit. LOL. What size is the hose 5/8"?

Well,,, I am headed to Twin Falls, ID tomorrow... Gonna stop at Home Depot and get me some of them elbows... How many do you all need...

Actually,,, about a month ago,,, I bought a new Patio Sliding Glass Door from them... I picked out the one I needed and a couple days after I got home,,, I looked at the door and they had loaded a door that opened the opposite of what I needed...

It's no big deal,,, I only live 115 miles from the nearest Home Depot...
