Hey gang. The History Channel has a poll going on what describes America. Part of the poll of four questions has to do with the automobile. The Mustang is on the list and is running second to the midlife crissis
crudette. Please go vote for the Mustang:

I voted four times last nite and once today. Lat nite mustang was ahead. Today it's a landslide for Vette!! Seems as though some Vetters have thrown sh*t in the game by voting Chicago style! I thought we were the only one's allowed to do that!! LOL! We need a ton of votes!

Every time you click submit, your vote is cast; you don't need to wait for the results page to come. Pretty stupid way to run a poll, but if you wish you can click submit 500 times and give yourself 500 votes.

Hmmm, we were going neck and neck with Corvette, then they sprung ahead by ~180,000 votes?

Well, watched the History Channel last nite. They had a big trubute to five-seven Chevs and Corvette and Rt. 66 The ONLY mention of Mustang was that is was almost named Torino. That program was in the bag BEFORE they staged the vote gig!! All the Chicago/Fl. style voting wouldn't have made a particle of difference. They couldn't have had such a presentation had they waited for a straw vote. Aside from the Model T feature, most all of the pics were of GM cars-MOSTLY Chevs.!
