Fastback68 Gearhead Posts: 456 From: Sucat, Paranaque, Philippines Registered: Jul 99	posted 10-30-2001 04:16 AM I'm sort of interested in some '68 dual exhaust tips advertised on M&M by roadfish (Todd Fletcher). I've got 2.5-inch exits on my mufflers and am still looking for a place to buy mandrel-bent tail pipes. A couple of questions ... 1) What is the diameter of the exhaust tips -- where they attach to the tail pipes? 2) Assuming the diameter is less than 2.5 inches, is there a good tail pipe supplier that drops the diameter from the muffler exit to the end -- from 2.5 to whatever the exhaust tips are? 3) I know the dual tips are basically cosmetic. But if I'm going to go to the trouble of getting mandrel-bent tail pipes, would I negate the gains by putting on the dual tips, or would there be no noticeable difference?
