I finally got the new seat upholstry on the new seat buns. The trick was to get the seat cover pulled overon the front and sides as much as possible, then flip it upside down and stand on the bottom sides of the seat frame. Pull on the front and sides and ring the front first. Then work at getting the sides pulled over and rung. This is the only way that I could get the upholstry to work with the new buns. Hope this helps someone else.

Another tip is to put saran wrap on the seat buns first,makes them slide onto the vinyl easier
