I think so. The only difference is the bar in the middle.

Steve, I have received emails regarding my question and most of them mentioned that the brackets or mounting tabs are different. I might decide on using my original grille. Thanks.

Hey BT!! My 68 has a 69 grill c/w all the 69 headlight buckets and it fits good with the exception of two bolts that need a fender washer to catch a bracket. I think it looks better than the 68 ones and has the sepersate GT letters. My car also has 69 buckets and I bought a 69 gauge assembly because it's easier to see in silver than that dark black one! So is it going to win a show for parts matching?? Definetly not, but it will lok good and keep people guessing!
