you know jim... the voltage meter as oppossed to an idiot light. on the cluster you sent me i noticed that it didn't have the printed circuit for the lite bulb for idiot light. it doesn't matter to me that the cluster is missing this cuz i will probly swap speedos to my cluster as needed... but noticing the printed circuit missing i thought maybe your comet had a separate volt gauge... i don't think i'll need the part of cable cuz the whole idea of swapping speedos is to keep my odometer from rolling up too many miles.for "collector car" registration. jim you and your family have a very merry christmas!

Hi guys!
Mavericks and Comets never came with factory gauges as an option...only idiot lights!
Early Mavs and Comets had a separate "AMP" and "OIL" light, while later ones had a single "ENGINE" light that combined to two functions...cheaper I guess. That could be why that cluster has the empty space...
Happy Holidays!

I don't think its missing anything Scott? The only thing that might be gone is a bulb or two. You should be able to use the ones from your cluster. As for the amp lite it plugs into the back of that panel. You will understand when you take yours out! On that new site I told you about Mark had a dash apart on it and how to do it,that might help you when you go to take yours out. I know it would have helped me! Take it easy there bud and have a good holiday!
