you can't market "**** smelling stank *** pure OD ******* FUNK" as a product!!!while I'm on the subject, my autolite 4100 600cfm is somewhat freed up. The secondaries are free and removed, the primaries are free on the bracket side and middle, still hung up on the opposite side. any tips on how to get this finished up? ------------------ 74 Mercury Comet 302, Performer 289 intake, Holley 600, Hooker Super Comps AOD 3:1 My webiste

At some risk to the casting, 'quick' heat the shaft from the end with a torch heating head without melting the casting and let cool. It should then be loose enough to move. May sound crazy but this trick has saved time and damage many times for me when disassemblying aged parts like a bolt stuck in an aluminum part by heating the head near red and letting it cool. The part increases in size, breaks the bond, then shrinks away to be free. Hope it helps.

thats what I was thinking, but my dad said otherwise... he also told me that I screwed it up, which I know to be bs, it was screwed when I got it... I'll try that, thanks.
