Let me tell you this. I have had 3 other Mavericks over the years and really liked them all! But most people didn't share my love! Now sence I've had this one on the road I have had more people just come up and say hey nice Car or if they know what it is they will say nice Maverick!! Yesterday there was a swap meet in bristol Ct. I parked my car in the Cars for sale area with no intent on selling but for 5 bucks I could keep my car within eye sight! I left no price or phone numbers on it when I came back I have 4 hand written inquaries with numbers and guy waited for me he offered 4 grand on the spot! I said thank you but its not for sale. When I got home and started to tell my wife and son about it they jumped in before I could get to the part about thanks but no thanks and said you better not sell that car!! Out of all the cameros, mustangs, vetts, chevelles, novas! There was only one MAV!!

Mine's a 'real' Grabber but honestly the Grabber package is all stripes and badges, nothing special anywhere else. The entire drivetrain and suspension is unchanged from the base model. You could get a 200-6 Grabber with 2.79:1 rear gears

Thats why I feel pretty good about mine becouse I have used all the original parts to make mine look like the "real thing" The only thing I wish I had is later model grabber hood! Mine will be painted with the 70 grabber blackout for now!

I know. My brother's Grabber had a 200 I6 and three on the tree. Grabbers have cool hoods, too! ------------------ '70 Mustang Mach 1 M code 351C 4V/FMX/3.25 open '72 Mustang Sprint Coupe 351C 4V/FMX/4.30 Trac Lok '94 F-150 XL 5.8L/E4OD/3.55 Limited Slip '97 Probe GTS 2.5L DOHC My Photo Page My goal is to stop being such a pessimist... but that probably won't happen...

Hey Steve cool pic of your sprint doing a shot in the street! If I had a camera I would get some of my Mav. ripping the tires off! In front of my house! p.s. The guy that lives next to me must really like me?
