doesn't look too bad, its some work, but I've seen worse. I've got to redo my floorpan, its just a bit of additional sheet metal right now, not an actual fix.

I'd say cheap and dirty fix with calvanized patch panels riveted and sealed with roof coating that stays flexable. It worked for years on my old '61 falcon.
