well gang, as i said in an earlier posting, todd and i went to our favorite wrecking yard.... the one with all the mavericks. among other stuff we got a new (ok slightly used ... previously owned ... whatever) turn signal switch for our 72 hoping it was the problem with our blinkers not working. sho nuff it was the problem! now we have blinkers! we are very happy! ( we also found a PERFECT horn button while removing the wheel from the donor 71. we now also have horn!) don't take much to make me n todd happy huh?

It's the little things that count.Sounds like you had a good time at the 'yard.
I put some '63 Falcon hood hinges, which use springs to hold the hood open instead of a prop rod,on my '62. It may not be much to anybody else, but seeing the hood open without the prop rod made my day.

Hey Scott I'm hoping to start the stripping of the Comit this week! What did you want besides the drive shaft and the wheels?
P.S. How did your chuck come out?
