Dupli-color Makes a paint called Bumper black Its a paint with flex agent in it! I used it on my front plastic-grill and on the metal headlight bezels and under the hood on the inner fenders and looks great.

I use SEM brand bumper paint on my grille, it looks great and very factory. I bought Duplicolor for it once (I've gone through a few grilles ) and was not satisfied with the color and texture compared to SEM. SEM is much more expensive and only availiable at body shop suppliy stores though.
