Because the 4.6 is a modular motor, would it be possible to swap any 32V 4.6 heads onto a cast iron 2V 4.6 block? The reason I ask is because I saw some heads for sale off a totalled 97' Cobra for $550 bucks, with complete valve train, cams, etc. I understand that the Cobra block is aluminum, and has more main caps, but what other difference is there? I could see a tight hood compartment and a bunch of wiring issues, but for $550 bucks plus labor, that would be a cost effective way to boost the hp on my 98. The thing is supposed to be "modular", so why not? By the way, I hope everyone is safe and sound

They will swap on, but you will need to change the pistons. You would also need the cobra computer and harness to connect the knock sensors. The 2V doesn't have any. It would be much cheaper and easier to swap the the 99+ heads and intake or longblock. Took my 96 from 180 RWH to 256 RWH.
