Everybody, Bullitt 1007 is mine!!!!!!!! John Clark called this morning that it is was here. It had just came off the truck. John and I took pictures of all the stickers and dirt. He worked some majic and got it PDIed and cleaned up. On a saturday!!!! I got all the stickers I could and got pictures of the rest. My wife Kay should work as a inspector she can find any blemish, while I'm about about ready to fait, she's given it the I'm paying $25000 look over. And I want to say she's good, she noticed the trunk Bullitt badge was missing, and she also noticed that on the driver frt groung efect that it had screw about ready to fall out which could have ruined the rear Goodyear. It will take a body shop visit to fix. I'm bessed with that little lady. Folks Mike wasn't kidding this is one hot machine!!!!! I've taken easy so far it (it only has 40 miles now) But you can tell it's ready. That Mach 460 stero makes my home stero sound like s--t . Areosmith sounds LOUD n PROUD like it is supposed to, with out a blimish. Thanks Mike for keeping me going, until mine was here. I would be driving it right now but it's RAINING. I am more jealous that words can say. And getting more impatient day by day. Our club had a little season opener show and shine today. Darn, I wish I'd had my Bullitt! It's worse than a kid waiting for Santa! Good for your wife in picking up the problems that need fixing. I hope I can think clearly enough to go over mine very carefully before receiving it. I hear there are a few that were delivered with the silver corral instead of the blacked out one and also a few with hoods minus scoops. The odd thing to me is that those folks seem to be happy about the factory foul ups, and will keep the incorrect parts hoping their Bullitts will be more valuable in the future! That seems silly!Joyce

Joyce, The wait will be worth it!!!!!! I thought about not correcting the missing badging, for that very reason that it might make the car worth more, but I want everybody to now I got a Bullitt. We did get a chance to take it up to the Cruse N, before it started to rain and I had people wanting to Know if it was Roush Mustang. Every where you go people are checking it out. At the dealership I was told someone tryed to buy the car out from under me, even offered alot more money, but my dealer did the right thing and told that person NO. You will enjoy your bullitt. JIMMY RAY!! You Go BOY!Did I tell you that you wouldn't be disappointed? Did I say that it was worth the wait? Yep yep yep...IU can see that big ole Bullitt ear-to-ear grin now. People just stare as you cruise by. I've had numerous people come up to me as I'm getting out or in it in the parking lots. One group of young guys waited around outside the Wendy's til I came out, just so they could get a peek under the hood. My son dutifully told them all about what makes a Bullitt a Bullitt. And here's the REALLY big kicker...my wife is enjoying driving around in it! She uses a lame excuse like "we shouldn't put any more miles on the mini-van til we can trade it in." But I see her smile as the neighbors wave and the people gawk as she cruises around town. If this keeps up, I may convert her completely and be able to go get my 70 Mach! Yikes! Anyhow, you enjoy that new ride and give us a report after you unwind it the first time. Joyce!!! Hang in there...you will be the envy of your club with yet another incredible stang in your stable. ------------------ Mike M&M Member #9 2001 Bullitt #172

Let me tell you what!! Jimmy was like a little kid in a candy store. He had this S--t eating grin on his face from ear-to-ear that you can't even begin to explain! Now after seeing a Bullitt at the Dealership on Saturday, and Jimmy pulling in my driveway on Sunday, how in the heck am I goping to survive for another 2 weeks till MY BULLITT gets delivered! Oh well, it could be worse, I could be one of those poor smucks who does'nt even know what a Bullitt is (Yuck!!) ------------------ 66 Mustang Coupe Restomod 01 Bullitt on Order 99 Eddie Bauer Explorer [This message has been edited by rseitzinger (edited 05-14-2001).]

Hey look at that, another Bullitt being added to the M&M arsenal. Let us know when you get it. I know you'll enjoy it.By the way, if anyone in the Atlanta area hasn't ordered one and wants one, DHG#941 is sitting on the pedestal at Wade Ford in Buford. I've gone by the other Ford dealers in the area and haven't seen another one. Come to think of it, I haven't seen another one on the road around here yet either ------------------ Mike M&M Member #9 2001 Bullitt #172

This morning VOPC says "at the ramp" I guess that means it's off the truck - about time, only 11 days. The dealer we used is 60 miles north of us, so we have to wait for the dealer to have it picked up, then prepped. So probably another day or two (or three) before I can pick it us.
