well i am expecting to make 550 hp or so with the small 16g turbos.. and who knows what kinda power i will make once i switch to the t4 turbo's b4 i switch to the bigger turbos i will have the "Short" block sent to D.S.S. and have them do it up with forged 8.5:1 pistons and good H beam rod's. the crank is proven to handle over 2000hp on a perfect tune. but you wont see me going that high. im aiming for 800-900hp max, when im done with it. i should be able to push 15psi of boost to it with the t4's and im hoping i'll get that figure out of it with no more then 15psi. the car has been frame tied and i will be putting in a cage later down the road. i will keep the stock 8.8 but it will have no C clip's, and i will pack more clutches in the diff. Right now the projects on hold till i can sell one of my other cars. money is a big problem when doing this swap... the block if you dont know already is a 6 Bolt Main, Deep Skirt block. thats where it gets it's strength. and Yes this will be a driven every day on the street on pump gas.

Yeah thanks alot.. sorry the projects taking a really long time. but i have a cupple updates on my website if anyone cares to see. i just got a tranny just to get things rolling faster. i found a brand new (dont laugh) Tremec T-45 5 speed never used for 395 bucks so i couldnt pass that up. im sure to blow it up shortly after getting the car running.. and speaking bout getting it running i have all the Pin outs that i need to start it up! so things are looking good. and i got my new motor mounts. Solid 4.6L mounts.. the motor sits low enough now that i can close the stock hood with the tb elbow off. but im not to sure if its sitting low enough for me to bolt a tranny to it. but we will see. if i need it to sit lower i will fork over the cash for a AJE tubular K-Member. plus that will kill 130lbs off the front of the car and give me more room to work and lower the motor even more and it will have a 1.5inch droped rack witch will help out alot.. and i found a ecu for it for 100bucks (still got to snag it) so pretty much i just need a cobra flywheel clutch starter. gasket kit. cam covers(valve covers) and my custem intake im makeing for it. i will have a pic of my intake design on teh site really soon. its gonna be sunk in the vally about an inch and its gonna use dual 65mm tb's one on each side on the alt(alt bolts right in the middle of the vally) well tahts it for now. ill keep ya posted with any more updates.

Bump!. hey i forgot i even had an account on here :P well i have a Much needed update for teh v10 project. i did get the AJE 4.6L swap k-member and installed it (slight fitment issues) but it looks good and No its still not running yet. still need to find a ECU for it and figure out the power wires for the whole wiring. (blah) its been taking me Very long time to finish this all up.. i am nearing the finishing touches of getting it running. i Cut the hood and made a "power domb" for it Just to get it running while i work on a lower profile throttle body elbow witch i am currently fabbing up. hopefully the car will be on the road this summer only downside is i have to move within the month so that May set things back again. well if anyone is still interested in my project feel free to ask any questions and i will try to answer the best i can.

-bob.

P.s. the engine is bolted in with the new k-member. it sits Much nicer now and a tad lower than before. only fitment problem sofar is the clutch cable.
