My Dad wants to get a new alt for his 88GT.The car is all stock and he wants an electric fan.So he wants an upgrade alt to handle the extra drain of fan.
Which ones work best in these cars.

Thanks

That would be the 3G alternator Scoop .

You can get one from the local parts place or alot of people including Stewart swear by http://www.pa-performance.com/display.asp?sku=3&rP=searching,cat@Alternator+Kits,cR@categories . They have a 130A and 200A kit too but you may have to modify brackets.

I hope to make it out there, I am not sure about the 5.0 being there to run or not, way too busy to really think about it right now.

What Tim said....exactly.

www.Pa-Performance.com for your alternator and starter needs. Excellent, lifetime warrantee products and competitive prices (compared to other lifetime warrantee products), brand new, no core charge, and the best customer service I've experienced with internet sales company's
