It's a Mickey Mouse Cap/Ears, folded inward to expose the plastic change purse, topside center;(See the 3 indentions for quarters?)The lower (#3) flap is actually Mickey's Bermuda Shorts which, when he stripped them off, got caught in the two big, round, white buttons he has always had on his shorts...
and the two white spots (lower right) are where the needle sewed the thread for the buttons. It is lying on someone's beautiful carpet!
