Do all Ford staters and ignitions use the fender mounted stater soleniods?

On my dads T-Bucket I was going to mount the sloenoid under the seat with the battery and fuse box.Can you guys think of any reasons not to do this,or any idea's.

mount it where ever you want as long as its as far from gas tank/fuel line as possible.

You also don't to install it in a enclosed place with a venting battery.

We were going to use one of those OPTIMA battery,in a battery box.Do think that will work ok?

The optima is completely sealed and self-contained. No outgassing! This battery is also great in trunks and in the battery boxes under the floorboards...
