thanks for the publicity Steve,i sent the pic (can you tell i cant take good pics? its not centered)to see if i got my new scanner/copier hooked up & working correctly(it took me awhile,i`m lost when it comes to this computer stuff,2 attempts to get the pic to Steve!). Scoop, its powered by a 351 cleveland 4v with a fmx trans and 9" rear using 3:73 gears. it sits on 15" chrome smoothie wheels with baby moon caps by Paulson motorsports. front tires are 165/15, rear tires are 255/70 15". front suspension is mustang ii,rear is a leaf spring set up. i drive it a lot, even to work some days.the fun factor is off the meter! thanks for the interest in my toy. keith

Keith, hope dont minds all the questions. How long have you had it. How many miles do you drive it a year. Dose it have a heater? Did you build it yourself. What kinda seats do you have it. Is the motor modded or mostly stock? Sorry for all the questions,I'm helping dad with his Tbucket. And I just like to hear what others have done to there street rods. Scoop,i dont mind the questions. I bought the car in 95.it was/is in good condition.i do not know how long it sat but i had to replace all the rubber brake hoses, radiator hoses, vacuum lines, intake gaskets. after a years time,i had it ready for the street, inspected and licensed and insured.after 2 months,i found that the A frame arms were so weak,it would not stay in alignment(it vibrated real bad above 60 mph!).i replaced them with after market parts, also the tie rod ends. some other things i repaired or replaced the 1st 2 years of use.then i put these wheels on it,an original style hood(a 4 pc-i hated the 3 pc hood, too hard to work on!) then a drunk side swiped me on the drivers side!thats when the paint job was really cleaned up,i`m no body man,Jeff Ludwig of Ludwigs Customs did it. sorry, i`m getting long on this. i average 4 to 5 thousand miles a year. NO heater or air. bucket seats and a rumble seat. midly modified 351c. no, i did not build it,i do as much as i can by myself. saving my pennies to change the interior from an 80`s stlye to 50`s or 60`s style.i`ll try to get a few more pics set up asap. again, thanks for your interest in my little toy.

4-5000 miles a year is real cool. There are guys in this town that dont drive their street rods that much in ten years. Thanks for the run down on your toy.I'd like to see more pictures of it. Bring it to Hot August Nights one year. That would make my DAY. What area are you in ? Just an idea,on my car I was thinking of getting one of those new BLUE air filters.I think Holley has them.So when I driving up behind some one they will see my blue air filter inside the scoop. I think the blue filter would look great on your car. ------------------ SCOOP oddly obsessed with big scoops on little Mustangs "Experience is what you get when you didn't get what you wanted." 2.26 60'S 14.9 @ 90.86MPH 65 coupe,351w,C4,Big Boss 429 hood scoop,8"3.40 TracLoc,Cragar SS,Black Suede. https://mustangsandmore.com/ubb/Fastymz.html
