Anyone know how to remove the windshield wiper arm?

Very carefully.Sorry for the wiseguy remark, but really...you just pry up on the arm where it attaches to the body. Just be careful. ------------------

Get a thin drill bit or nail.Pull the wiper away from the windshield. Install the bit through the holes by the arm pivot. Pull straight off. May/ will probably need to pry and wiggle the wiper arm base a bit.
