WAS THERE A "COBRA' INSIGNIA DOOR PANEL MADE FOR THE COBRA II? IF SO, WHERE CAN I FIND THEM.

I guess they came with a "cobra" nameplate?

I believe they only came that way in '76....no idea about replacements.

here's a '76 deluxe panel

Only the '76 had the lights/reflector on the Cobra panels. Early '77 used the same panel (without lights) with the brushed insert. The bright stainless molding is only on deluxe trim group cars. The standard interior used a carpeted lower, with a vinyl bead in place of the stainless.

'78s used the standard Mustang II hatchback panel (running pony with mylar accent surround).

Anything specific? I've got a digicam and a few Cobras, and could probably get pix of most variations.
