I was driving down the road today,in a small part of town, when this older 70's bronco blows by me with 302 just humming away.Well I had this idea before, because I drive an 89 Bronco II.But when that older bronco went bye,I looked and said "shhh I wonder what the wheel base is on that thing" My wife said "Wayne forget it,I know exactly what your thinking" Any one ever see one or here of one? I kinda like the sound of it!

I have seen pics of a II on a 4x4 chassis but have no idea how they went about it.

I hate to admit it, but I once started building one. I used a jeep comando frame with 38" tall tires and no lift kit. It only had about 1" between the frame and bottom of the floor. Then they changed the height laws here. I sold the jeep parts and keep the II parts for what I'm building now.

I've got you all beat. I've have two of them running around my city in Hot Springs, AR. One is a yellow hatch back jacked up and the other is red and white custom paint coupe. Both are f*ing awesome!! The yellow one is parked in the same place all the time. I think they are trying to sell it. I've never asked how it was gone about achieving it although I have been close enough to stick my head in the window.

Hehe...I've seen a couple. Actually thought they were neat looking. Didn't know the guys who owned them, so I don't know any particulars either.
