I am new to the world of classic mustangs and have looked high and low for the passenger side shoulder seat belt "clip" that attaches to the headliner above the door. I probably haven't found one because I'm not sure what it is actually called. Hopefully, this is where you guys will come in handy. If anyone can help, please let me know.

I believe that's called a seat belt retaining clip. You may have to call a Mustang junkyard.

You could also check with Ssnake Oyl. They restore seat belts, and may have what you are looking for: http://www.ssnake-oyl.com/
