Would sound great! And it's far enough off, so that leaves ample time to plan. The only "concern" for me would be getting the time off, but that's nothing major. Should be quite do-able. ------------------ Frank S. '77 Ghia--"II Good" '76 Cobra--project IP: Logged |

Skyline drive in the fall is incredibly beautiful! If you've never seen it, you should make the effort. So on that note, you can count me and the vert in on this one too. Just give me the details.Mike IP: Logged |

Yeeee haaaaa...all those verts driving through the mountains...the leaves various shades of red, yellow, orange, etc. Tops down, taking in the clean mountain air... Mach460's shaking the leaves off the trees. Bring along your Motorola Talkabout radios for convoy communications. I'd recommend Luray too Sam. A stop at the caverns is always nice and there are some good ole fashioned eatin places out there too. Mike IP: Logged |

sorry for the late..or early posting..seems I had to make an emergency trip to Gloucester Co. Va tonight..My GrandMother was transported to the Hosp. from the Island...Nothing Major wrong...just feeling bad..an she just turned 90 Tues. shes earned the right to feel bad when she wants too I'll do some planning an see what I can come up with as to events within that time frame... As for Luray..I wait till ya'll come up from the hole in the ground..once was enough for me... I've backpack that area also. I also recommend a side trip to Winchester,VA to the Farmers Market..best Pecan pie on the face of the Earth..Hmmmmmm!!!! In Fact I'll be headed that way end of the month for a show up there...I'll pick up a pie or two sam IP: Logged |

Ummmm Winchester, Luray - let's add Harrisonburg while we're at it. I'll have to rent a car - don't trust anything we own. Maybe a new Mustang 'vert??? That should make me want a new car! (however, no money) Carole - proud? owner of a '75 Fury, '84 Tempo and dodges hubby's '86 P'Up

Lyle..279's and a 165deg F... Steve, If you'll notice Tonys location he's appox 10 mins from the hosp. vs my 45 mins...He always stops what he's doing and he and his wife goes to met Grandma when she goes there..then calls MoM to tell her what the problem is and if we need to venture up there. Ya'll would just love Angie..Tony's wife..she a sweetheart and a blast to be around... How many hubands wives have a Harley As for GrandMa...I just hope I can move around like that when I'm70!

Count me in! That sounds like a blast. Hopefully I'll have a tremec in by then... maybe that date should be a goal for me - 4.11s and no o/d isn't exactly ideal for cruising.------------------ Neal 69 mustang 351C/toploader 4sp IP: Logged |
