WooooooooooooooHooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!! Got the phone call from the mortgage company about 1 hour ago, we are approved for the mortgage on the B&B. Our closing on this place here in NJ is on 7/08, & the closing on the B&B is 7/10.  I will keep everyone updated on the progress. Now I have to rent a truck & trailer to tow the two Mustangs to New York state. The name of the B&B is melody farm & teddy inn, we will be changing the name to Wolfpack Bed n Breakfast.
