Over the weekend, KK and myself rented the documentary "Standing in the shadow of Motown". It's about the band that did almost ALL the studio music for the motown artists that were so successful. They were called The Funk Brothers and are considered the greates hit writing band off all time. If you are interested in music at all, even if it's not from that generation, I recommend it highly. It's really fascinating to see and hear all the behind the scene info from that era.

Well, I hope I draw the kid's name for Christmas...It doesn't take much to please him How about a movie with a nice romantic caper as the theme...i.e. "Roman Holiday"...Now THERE"S a GREAT movie... Gregory Peck...Yuuuuummmmmmmm!
