My wife was rear ended today while she was on the freeway.Lucky for her she was not going that fast about 20-25mph.Not so lucky she was still trying to get over her last accident in march. Her neck has been bad, lots of sleepless nights and pain for her since march. We haven't even worked out the claim with the insurance yet.And now another accident neither were her fault and neither she could have done anything to avoid.I took her the ER which is aways FUN. Now her brand new car needs a new rear bumper, and some work to the trunk not that bad. It's just the fact that it devaules her car,her insurance has got to up? And the worst part she will have to start all over on her neck. Sorry for the long post, just needed to vent. Ron ------------------

Ron, We are sorry to hear about your wife being in another accident in such a short time. Hopefully, she will recover sooner than later. Get a lawyer and get what she has comming from the insurance companies. You may also want to consider being her an armored truck or a troop transporter, or maybe even an Abrams Tank. Hang in there. It's got to get better. Sorry to hear about that Ron. The poor thing hasnt been through enough already huh? I cant imagine that your insurance premium will increase, the accident was not her fault. Even if you go through your own insurance company, they will be reimburse through the other guys insurance co.

I talked to your lawyer he said that this one will be an easy case.It still makes me mad,my wife has to start over with her neck. The car can be fixed I'm sure it will be in the shop for a few days. But thats not a big deal.I dont understand why someone would rear end you,and then get mad at you.I could have killed that punk. We are using the same Lawyer we already had thats helping us with the 1st accident.SCOOP ------------------

That really sux!!! The only advise I can give you about the back/neck is to definately see a bone cracker!! Those guys work miracles....I've been going to one since last fall and can tell a BIG difference just in my overall health! Yeah...a good lawyer helps....too

So sorry to hear about yet another accident for your better half. The best you can do at this point Ron , is to , help her along on her road to recovery. Once she has been looked after and healed then worry about the insurance claims , just get it started so your time frame does not run out , then leave it until your wife is better , then go after them with the secondaries wide open. Give your wife our best from Cathy and I, and , you take it easy.
