Great Questions of the Holiday SeasonHow come reindeer can fly but dogs can't? Wouldn't it be more practical for Santa to come in through the door like everyone else? If the elves do all their work at the North Pole, why do so many toys say "Made in Taiwan" on them? Just how the heck is "poinsetta" pronounced? Why am I asking these stupid questions when I should be wishing you all a Merry Christmas? Have a safe and healthy holiday!

Lets approach these questions one at a time, to give you some clarity.1)Reindeer have hollow hair which makes them very light, thus enabling them to fly, dogs have heavy hair, and , like to lick themselves , which they can not do while flying. 2)If santa came through the front door like everybody else, he would be ordinary, but , by using his bulk, and, coming down the chimney in such a tight squeeze, he is cleaning the chimney eliminating the possibility of a chimney fire. He also has the fire prevention contract for all the major cities in the world ( very lucrative ). 3)This is the easy one, they are being contracted out for federal tax purposes. 4) Who cares, does it really matter ? 5)Because you got to the eggnog early, and , did not share it with us, this is the only way you can think of to cover your a$$. You will probably get away with it this year, but , next year don,t even think about a stunt like this again . Merry ho-ho to you and your family

It is pronounced "That beautiful red flower that begins to die the minute you take it out of the florist shop.." Almost forgot, when we lived in Bermuda, we had these growing outside in our yard...Just looked like a shrub bush...and had the red "bloom" (which is poisionous) year round... Tally Hor..Hortu..Ho..Hor..No! Not that... Horticulturist (is that right?)
