Make this a promise...Don't say one word on Christmas Day about your weight... Just go on and eat all you want and don't worry about the calories, fat content or anything!! It's only one day...and you can drink your liquids the next day!! The word "Calories" must not be mentioned...Just enjoy that ham and turkey and don't be shy with the gravy...So what? 4 tablespoons of gravy on that dry turkey is just what it needs!Don't forget the yeast rolls! And the homemade Coconut Cake! Dive in...not to mention the "Yummy" dessert I'm making that has to have at least 1,000 "c"'s per bar... Grrls, you can eat all you want, just give the guyz a cooler of beer and turn on the TV; they'll be watching the football game or the race while you are in the kitchen washing the dishes...so they are not going to say a word about what you ate...  Have a Wonderful CHRISTMAS DAY (and pay for it later...!)

that's right, KK!!! After all the house cleaning, gift shopping, gift wrapping, cookie baking, christmas meal baking, gift mailing, etc., etc., I ain't washin' no blasted dishes!!!!!!!!!!!! PERIOD!!!!! We'll break out some beer. I might even have some of that wine left from that five litre box..............
