OK, which one of you outlaws from B.C. knows about the Kallum River... Is that the best place to fish for Steal Head and Salmon in your area???

I saw a program on Outdoor Life Channel and it looks like great fishing...

I have always wanted to fish a river like that...

It's up near Terrace and does have some great steelhead fishing. Also has very good salmon fishing. I spent 8 months in the area in 92 - it's a verra nice!

I haven't fished it myself but have gone for salmon in the Bulkley (a tributary). Guys were pulling 20-30 pounders out daily.
mmmm. Smoked salmon!

Ian used to live in the Queen Charlottes and knows the area fairly well... although from what I've heard, he was more interested in drinking and chasing girls than fishing when he lived there!

If you are thinking of a trip, a friend of mine still lives in the area and is a fishing nut. I could put you in touch...

Well, as Scott said my attention was somewhat diverted while I was up there... being a kid and all. There is some fantastic fishing all along the coast of BC, and lots of great fishing charters and lodges. I know some folks in the industry, so shoot me an email Don and I'll see what infomration I can dig up for you.

If you want fish, wildlife and the great outdoors then you can't go wrong up here!!

Hey Ian,

Thanks for turning me on to John Borgoni... He was very helpful and truly a nice guy... To top it off he has some great Mustangs ('65 fastback & '68 coupe)...

My question is, "why haven't you told him about M&M"... I told him all about it and he wanted to sign up... And I hope he does...

Hmmm... I wonder why I haven't mentioned M&M to John, now that you mention it?? Hey John, you out there now??

Hey Big D,
We're planning to go to the International Meet over Labor Day in Vancouver, BC next year. Mike and I are going to go on an Alaska cruise either prior or following the car show. Take some time and tour around Denali and Anchorage a bit when we get there too. Can' wait to meet Wayne and his puppies!
Wanna join us?

We've already been to the Bellevue show near Seattle in July twice. It is the biggest show next to the Charlotte 35th we've ever been to and lots of fun with Pony Trails and all. But we want to try something different next year and several other Utahns are planning to caravan.

Joyce,

That sounds wonderful... Alaska at Labor Day... Most of the snow should be melted by then... Are we going to ferry the Mustangs up... Jackie would probably even want to go on that one... But, if she didn't, I bet I could find someone that would...

Well, for your peace of mind I guess that would be okay. You know this task would be quite the burden for me, but I'm a nice guy so I would be willing to make the sacrifice.

A Good Old Boy took his son fishing one day.
While they were out in the boat, the boy suddenly became curious
about the world around him. He asked his father,
"How does this boat float?

The father replied, "Don't rightly know son."

A little later, the boy looked at his father and asked,
"How do fish breath underwater?"

Once again the father replied, "Don't rightly know son."

A little later the boy asked his father, "Why is the sky blue?"

Again, the father repied. "Don't rightly know son."

Finally, the boy asked his father, "Pop, do you mind my asking you all of these
questions?"

The father replied, "Of course not my boy, if you don't ask questions,
ya ain't never gonna learn nothin'!"

Hey, Ian... it's too big of a sacrifice for you, living on the island and all. I, on the other hand, live in Vancouver and would be more than happy to watch them.

Of course, I'll need the keys for safety reasons...

I think we need to arrange for a party during this Vancouver show next year...
