Wow! That's a gorgeous installation. I dunno Alex, 11's on 215-series street tires seems pretty quick to me. What would it run if it could actually get that 500+ horsepower and 600+ lbs-ft of torque to the pavement?

I agree. That's a lot of hardware for 540 hp. I was reading a PHR article about a guy with a twin turbo small block 'vette that was pumping out around 1300 hp, if I remember right. You could do the same with a Ford. Damn, 540 hp is a healty n/a small block. Here, go to Popular Hot Rodding's web site, http://www.popularhotrodding.com/ and look up the article 'NOTHING SHORT OF INSANITY John Meaney's 1,300hp, Daily Driver Vette' {they have it set so you can't link directly to the article} I'm not being pro-chebby---anything a chebby can do, a Ford can do better... ------------------ '70 Mustang Mach 1 M code 351C 4V/FMX/3.25 open '72 Mustang Sprint Coupe 351C 4V/FMX/4.30 Trac Lok '94 F-150 XL 5.8L/E4OD/3.55 Limited Slip '97 Probe GTS 2.5L DOHC My Photo Page Christmas shopping?
