LOL@George!! You folks aren't the first to wonder about me. Who is Ian? Who is Ian? Ah, the eternal question... Ian is a mixture of good and bad, nasty and nice. Ian will stand by his friends through anything, but tell them if they?re wrong. Ian is mischievous, and loves a good joke. Ian is steak, potatoes, carrots and beer. Ian works hard... and plays harder. I am Ian. Any more questions? Hiya Donna!! I think that we chatted over email a couple of times a while back. You're Melanie's (Sally67) friend, aren't you? Welcome to M&M!! This is a great site with some fantastic people. Jump in often, ok! So, you going to come out to our spring show in Parksville? It's on May 26th at Joe Cunningham Ford, and it's always a blast. There is a BBQ the night before, followed by a cruise and our annual drunken mini-golf tournament (followed by more drinks at the Rod & Gun ). It wasn't that bad... really!! Dave came over to the island for our summer show in July and stayed with Lisa and I for the weekend. I've been thinking of getting a 90-93 5.0 vert for a while, so Dave let me take his out for a cruise on that nice sunny afternoon (with him riding shotgun, of course). Well, after a nice drive we got back into my neighborhood when we saw this nice red 65 convertible parked down the street with a rather attractive young lady getting out of it. Well, I did what any good Mustanger would do and drove up to her and complimented her on the car... though Dave figures that what I said sounded more like a pick-up line. Judging by the smile that I got back from her, I guess it might have come across that way. He spent the rest of the weekend grumbling about me trying to pick up beautiful women in his Mustang. LOL!! I was just being friendly!! Dave says I can't drive his Mustang anymore now. Cheers, Ian

Her comeback was more along the lines of "Gee, that's a nice car too" to which Ian did not defer to the guy riding shotgun, just smiled his best Nick Cage smile and proceeded to make conversation with one of the most beautiful blondes in Western Canada.I dunno buddy, we'll have to see how this summer goes. When's the Summer Spectacular this year? Got room for two this time?

I think that my original line was "Absolutely beautiful... (long pause) and I love your 65 convertible too." I'm a baaaaad man. Sorry Dave, those looooong tanned legs of hers made me forget what the heck I was driving. We always have room for you and LuAnn, Dave!!! The show will probably be at the same location for 2002. This year I won't be organizing it, and won't be the prez, so I'll actually get to hang out with you guys at the show for a change.
