Wasilla -- Mat-Su voters got a fourth chance in 10 years to pass a borough sales tax Tuesday, and for the fourth time No.votes outnumbered yes by more than 2 to 1.
In the three previous tries, the closest the sales tax came to passing was in 1993 when a proposed three percent sales tax failed by less than 50 votes out of nearly 9,000 cast.
