The Krispy Kreme man, that is. I know there was a recent post about the best tasting donuts known to man, but Tim arrived in Portland this afternoon and brought us a box of 2 dozen. We're in heaven. I think we'll even skip the "Rules for Dating Ashley" speech.

He certainly is, and boy WHAT A PRESENT!!!
I have never had a Krispy Kreme, so I had to try one before supper, then another and then one more. SORRY, I couldn't help myself.
I think he is welcome anytime he wants to stop by (as long as he is bearing donuts that is)(hehehe)

So, all you Krispy Kreme experts, why don't you tell all of us poor Northwesterners what is SO EXCITING about Krispy Kreme donuts????
They have recently built the first one up here in a city about 20 miles from us and I want to know if it's worth the gas..

Then again, maybe I don't want to know how great they are now that I think about it..

Now LuAnn, let's think about this for a minute... this sounds like an opportunity to take the Cobra out for a drive!!! Any reason to go ridin' in that badass black Cobra is a good one.

Think of it as doing your part for product analysis!!

I'm no expert, but Tally was kind enough to send some to Pam and me a few weeks ago, and they are right; KKs are AWESOME!

The main thing I noticed was that they tasted very light and not greasy. You know how when you eat a Dunkin Donuts donut it tastes greasy and heavy and you can only eat one or two before you gag? I bet you could eat 30-50 KKs!

A while ago on the 'Today Show' they did a blind taste test between DD and KK; KK won 10 out of 10.

I must agree they are even better fresh and hot! They only ended up getting 23 donuts as when I bought them I could feel the box was hot and that smell overcame me, so I had to have a hot one .
