It really was not all that bad, i gotta admit that the cars were pretty nice(they were still ricey but at least they were had also done performance mods) they portrayed Nitrous as a lot more then what it really is but i will bet that NOS(Nitrous Oxide Systems) will sell thousands of systems on Monday.I was not upset seeing the charger getting wrecked(you will need to see the movie to understand)the imports that were destroyed far out weighed the one charger that died in the making of this film. It was not the domestic bashing movie that i had assumed that it was going to be, I did enjoy it but it was in no way the best movie i have ever seen but it was worth while imo to go and see. I would give it 3.5-4 stars, my biggest disappointment was the ending but they left it wide open for a sequel Oh and yes the RICE WARRIORS will be full of attitude tonight, so i think Tracy and I may have to take out the Sunfire and drop the top, and make sure that the ricers know that it takes more then just a big wing and a movie to make you fast ------------------ Ed Heart mods:Trick High flow titanium valve ported & polished Listen close: "tic tic tic" No folks thats not a noisy lifter thats the sound of big flow! 1984 5.0L LX Conv 3600 lbs 13.41 at 101.89 SIR http://ragtopjr.hypermart.net/ http://ragtop-racing.stangnet.com/ http://mbmustangs.tripod.com/index.htm

My bro and his girlfriend just left to see it - hopefully itll be good! I just want to see it mainly for the cars and then to watch all the Ricers leavin the parking lot haha ---- I wish i was going tonight with my bro so I could see him perhaps do a nice burnout in front of the Riceboys over there (he just got his 4.10s put in his '89 5.0 and by golly what a kick en los pantalones! ) have a good one ------------------ Dan - and yes, I am still called "Dan Dan The Chevy Man" to this day! haha 1965 Coupe "BeeBop" Straight "6" 3-spd manual w/Hurst Shift https://mustangsandmore.com//ubb/TheIceman.html

I just came back from the theater. Tried to see The Fast and Furious with my son. The movie is showing on two screens but both the 7:15 and 8:00 shows were sold out. Unbelievable but then again there are a lot of banzai racers around here. I'll try again tomorrow. All I need around here is a bunch more Hondas with attitudes...------------------ 1971 M-Code Convertible, 351 4v, Hurst 4-spd, Ram Air Hood, Disk Brakes, Flowmasters, Magnum 500s, 275x60 Dunlop GT Qualifiers, Gauge Package, Power Windows

welp.... not gonna win any oscars with this one but 19fordmav72 (todd) and i liked it just the same. funny thing... as the flick opens we see containers being unloaded.... what i can't figure out is if the story takes place in east LA then why were they unloading containers on the docks in BAYONNE NJ? and the first hijacking was filmed on the jersey turnpike. trust me i live here...they fly right past the refineries in linden! ok ok so it's hollywood. i guess they have a hard time finding a freeway in LA that wasn't totally congested with cars! entertaing flick though. fortunately they didn't trash any mavericks too bad for the mopar! they'll find plenty of used parts to fix it in junkyards! ------------------ scott todds' dad(19fordmav72) another Warsteiner lover. and warsteiner isn't all that expensive!

My son and I saw it this afternoon (after working on our Mustang all morning) and it is GREAT! Although the blown Charger got trashed, I thought it was definitely the highlight of the movie, kind of like the T-Rex in J-Park. Can those Japanese cars actually turn 10 second quarters?------------------ 1971 M-Code Convertible, 351 4v, Hurst 4-spd, Posi-Traction, Ram Air Hood, Disk Brakes, 275x60 GT Qualifiers, Gauge Package

I must admit, while I don't like the cars I went and saw the movie anyway. My friend E-mailed me and said that they have the Supra in Irvine.

Well I saw it yesterday afternoon at the $5 matinee annnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnd......I liked it did a good job of gettin me psyched and pumped up haha And when the Supra beat the Ferrari, that was very realistic (got to realize that the Ferrari had 400hp and the Supra can easily go upwards of 600hp with not much more than larger turbos! - a tuned Supra can gain 50 - 90hp just from a 3" exhaust system! ) I didnt like the REAL ricey aspects of it (those ugly aluminum stickers and some over excessive labels - some of those paint jobs cost more than the cars! haha) And NOTHING gave me the chills like the Charger startin up - ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Detroit V-8 muscle I give it The Iceman's "Two Snowcones Up" ------------------ Dan - and yes, I am still called "Dan Dan The Chevy Man" to this day! haha 1965 Coupe "BeeBop" Straight "6" 3-spd manual w/Hurst Shift https://mustangsandmore.com//ubb/TheIceman.html
