I know this isn't an "Old Ford" Forum,, But I do know that all you gearheads are the most knowledgable FOMOCO guys around.. My partner has a presteen '55 T-Bird and wants to put "Disc Brakes" on it.. What are some of the better quality disc brake conversion units on the market that will fit his '55.. Talk To Me,, Any advice is appreciated.. ------------------ Don '66 Fastback 302 with 5 speed Royal Blue Metallic w/Ghost Flames https://mustangsandmore.com/ubb/BigD.html '94 Skidoo Mach Z, 925cc,, 175 hp,, 2" Camoplast Long Track..

Great Article.. Converting Mustangs to Granada/Monarch front discs is pretty common,, it's good to know that is another option for the T-Bird.. That's going to be my "NEXT WINTER" project.. I was given a Lincoln Versaille.. The car is complete except the motor is missing.. From what I've read: Even though the 9" rear is the same width as my '66 Fastback,, to convert to Versaille 9" with rear discs isn't any great advantage over a front disc/rear drum system set up properly.. Any Comments ??
