We have a fellow member of M & M who has a hot shoe lately. Now this guy runs at an Outlaw track not too far from here. He doesn't post much. Some would say he is opinionated and Onery BUT he is a winner, and a friend of mine. I personally like his opinions. 
I have heard him called an Old man in an Old Ford on another forum, I've heard other racers say his car should be faster ( since it's a big block ) and I've heard other racers say ( when they found out how little he has in his motor ) that "NO way it can be going that fast"
Well let me tell you this, the car he drives is a Beautiful RED 68 fastback and it is named BAD ComPany. AND apparently it is VERY bad company to the bowtie contingent as he has been putting the hurt on them a good bit lately. I know of two wins and a final round appearance, and possibly some more I don't know of. Lately when you pull in the track at Blue Mountain everyone waits to see if Bob is gonna show up.
This car is just a solid roller motor 460 Iron heads with TRW ( heavy pistons ) and a single 4 BBl Carb. Really folks for what is in this car it is a sight to see pulling the front wheels running 6.0's in the 1/8th.
Although the track maybe 20 ft short that is still damn good in my book. I hear ALOT of talk about chevy this and chevy that on another forum and at blue Mntn dragway BUT it's hard to argue with win lights.
Last week he cracked a head, a real bullet out of the blue. Well he found another one and hopefully he won't have missed but one weekend since he is on a roll these days.
You probably STILL don't know who I am talking about Because he RARELY posts but this is one of the prettiest lil stangs I know of and it's damn quick.
His name is Bob Carr he goes by cracing on here. You might say he has been there done that, in racing. He even had time two weeks ago to fix a competitor's Powerglitch in between time trials.
Congrads Bob, hurry up and get that head fixed I'm tired of hearing all the bowtie boys happy your out, I'm ready to hear them WHINE again because they do it so well.
And when you get tired of all that cash your getting from winnings I know a dark blue Mustang that takes donations .....
