Anybody have anything good or bad to say about ordering from Performance Automotive Warehouse? Prices? Customer service? I just got their HUGE 1200 page catalog and I think it'll at least give me 3 months worth of reading and dreaming material. Thanks, Brandon

Customer service sucks. Don't even think about returning anything to them...they will give you the run around. The tech people are pricks to boot. Good prices though...I usualy take PAW's prices and have other companies match them. That way I don't have to deal with PAW.

This is very true! The only good thing about them is the catalog. I use it as a reference book, then I order the parts from Summit. PAW has screwed me one too many times. SteveW

I'll third that. Get the catalog for ideas and order elsewhere.

What they said and you can not beat Summit or Jegs for customer service. I have returned several items and never once have they given me grief.

The few times I've used them there were no problems. I only ordered "off the shelf" items.

They are white boxed factory seconds. When I've used them in the past, I've gotten several sets of rod bearings with negative crush that I've had to throw away, I got a set of mislabeled cam bearings, and one set of Mopar pistons I bought one looked like some Boris sand casted them himself in his kid's sandbox. Their customer service is so bad you might as well just throw the parts away and get them locally. The guys I used to build engines for use to insist on using them because they were so cheap, then get pissed when we had to buy the parts twice. Cheap is not good, and good is not cheap. ------------------ '70 Mustang Mach 1 - '72 Mustang Sprint - '94 F-150 Please remember our sponsors, Mustangs Plus, NPD, Osborn Reproductions, MyFordPerformance.com, and FordRamAir.com
