I'm looking for a good strip tire thats DOT.For a 14" rim I'd like a tire no taller then 26" and 8" or wider.

Thanks

Hoosier quicktime pro D.O.T. They should fit 6-8" wheels.

Hey Scoop another choice is M+H. Looks like they are making more sizes available. They have a Musclecar Drag DOT series that is supposed to be tubeless. Most of the other companies I think recommend a tube but I guess a lot of people don't. There is a 235/60-14 that is only 25 inches tall but not quite 8 inches wide. www.intercotire.com Hope this helps.

I am using g-force drag radials but they are only 24.2" but they are 14" and only just over $100 each. You ca see them at the JEGS site.
