It ran horrible the first pass way to rich, wrong jet in the hat ( 3 gallons first pass, EGT was 1010 ) & the burn out chip in the 3 step was way too low. Came back and put a higher RPM chip in the 3 step and a bigger jet in the return line for that hat, and ran the car. It clicked off a 5.62 @ 122 MPH in the 1/8th, ( EGT was 1120 ) shifted at 6000 rpm and left on a 4000 chip. I know there is more in the combo. Not much traction at the track I went to. The adj shocks need setting a click or two also. I wanted to take it easy on first pass for a new motor. MAn is it a relief that is behind me now. It's been a little over a year since the wreck when I ran over some guys tranny fluid on the big end at Fulton and went through about 75 ft of guard rail and cyclone fence. It's good to be back in the saddle again. Very happy Camper. ------------------ Jerry 69 Mustang Pro ET Drag 70 Mustang retired former footbrake car "Whiskey for my men, beer for my Horses" -- Toby Keith
